Feel the spirit of Santa Teresa by visiting the ateliers of artists that elected this bucolic neighborhood of Rio de Janeiro the place to exercise their creativity.

On this route you’ll visit three artists that live and work in Santa Teresa and have the opportunity to get to see their work, visit their ateliers and have a chance to chat about art, creative process, techniques, art market and a lot more. Through the lenses of art you’ll be able to see and understand this neighborhood, Rio de Janeiro and Brazil.

This tour was developed with the support of Chave Mestra, an Association of Visual Arts in Santa Teresa that among many activities also organize one of Rio’s most important art events, known as Arte de Portas Abertas.
